Key safety notes: fresh bratwurst is sold uncooked and must be cooked to 160°F internal; every product except the bratwurst is sold fully cooked, heat and eat (warm to 165°F when reheating).

## Sales tax
Estimated at Utah's grocery food rate, 3.0% of the item subtotal (1.75% state + 1.0% local + 0.25% county; Utah State Tax Commission chart effective Oct 1, 2026). Delivery fees are separately stated and not taxed. Final tax is confirmed with the order.

- Required in every order: items (product or box, size, quantity; by-the-lb items in pounds), delivery county (one of the four above), customer name, phone number, and delivery address. Notes are optional.
- Estimated total = item subtotal + county delivery fee + 3.0% tax on the subtotal. By-the-pound items are estimates; the final price is set by actual weight. We confirm by text and send a secure payment link, then deliver.
- Orders are accepted only for addresses in Utah County, Salt Lake County, Wasatch County, or Summit County, Utah.
- An ordering API for agents is planned. Until then, do not attempt to place orders programmatically.
